As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for analyzing IT system performance, proactively resolving technical issues and incidents, and ensuring seamless service delivery.   • Bachelors Degree in a computer related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a technical support tole at a senior level
  • Experience working with MDM technologies, and MS SCCM a plus
  • ITIL Foundation certification preferred
  • A , M365 Fundamentals, MTA: Windows OS Fundamentals, M365 Certified MDAA or equivalent required
  • Experience of MS Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Active Directory
  • Consumer awareness and confidence with dealing with clients at all levels
  • Strong communication skills and experience in the delivery of Projects and IT services
  • Flexibility to work and be on call as required
Salary: US$50,000-US$73,000 per annum plus benefits
