This position will play an integral role responsible for managing portfolio of corporate and trust clients. Other responsibilities include: 
  • Contact new clients for onboarding activities
  • Assist in customers loan applications and closings
  • Complies with all department and company policies, procedures, audit guidelines, and regulations
  • Maintain securities register and insurance premium diary for customer loans
  • Prepare financial statements in QuickBooks for trust and corporate client reporting
  • Reconcile the broker settlement transactions with UnibanX daily
  • Process securities trades relating to purchase and sale of securities


  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a financial institution
  • Excellent customer services experience  
  • Knowledge of the Bank’s policies and procedures 
  • Knowledge of MS Office and QuickBooks 
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills with the ability to work accurately at pace
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise their daily workload and demonstrate creativity and initiative

Salary: up to US$50,000 per annum plus benefits.
