Permanent. Trust and Corporate Administrator

This position will play an integral role responsible for managing portfolio of corporate and trust clients. Other responsibilities include:
- Contact new clients for onboarding activities
- Assist in customers loan applications and closings
- Complies with all department and company policies, procedures, audit guidelines, and regulations
- Maintain securities register and insurance premium diary for customer loans
- Prepare financial statements in QuickBooks for trust and corporate client reporting
- Reconcile the broker settlement transactions with UnibanX daily
- Process securities trades relating to purchase and sale of securities
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a financial institution
- Excellent customer services experience
- Knowledge of the Bank’s policies and procedures
- Knowledge of MS Office and QuickBooks
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills with the ability to work accurately at pace
- Ability to multitask, prioritise their daily workload and demonstrate creativity and initiative
Salary: up to US$50,000 per annum plus benefits.
