You will be part of a team delivering high-quality solutions to clients which include high net worth individuals, companies, asset managers and investors. As a Trust Officer, you will be responsible for operational support, governance duties and administrative tasks for a portfolio of assigned clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer a portfolio of clients in compliance with all laws and regulations
  • Prepare minutes/resolutions for clients, maintaining and updating statutory records and registers
  • Complete administrative, investment and risk reviews on all accounts in accordance with established procedures and take action to ensure agreed business risk targets are met
  • Assist with compliance and AML duties, including the collection and monitoring of due diligence
  • Prepare and file CRS and FATCA information for client entities and conduct periodic client file reviews and annual filings
  • Prepare and file documents with government agencies and regulatory bodies such as the Registrar of Companies and CIMA

Requirements:

  • Must hold a Bachelors Degree with 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar position within the fiduciary field
  • ICSA, ACIS or STEP designation or a recognized equivalent would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of basic Client Due Diligence requirements
  • Solid understanding of Cayman Islands corporate structures, laws and anti-money laundering regulations

Salary: US$ 90,000-US$100,000 plus benefits
