This is an opportunity for an up-and-coming Trust Administration professional to rapidly progress their career with a global leader in the offshore financial services industry.

The Agency is delighted to be working exclusively with a major client to recruit this position.

The Trust Officer will join a 13-strong, growing, stable team here in Cayman (no staff turnover in the last 18 months) which specialises in commercial and private client trust administration. The Trust Officer will focus purely on private client work, reporting into an Account Manager and with managerial responsibility for one Administrator.

Day-to-day your role will include:
  • Administering trust and company structures with diversified portfolios
  • Drafting documents, reviewing bank statements, preparing portfolio reviews and annual trust reviews
  • Liaising with Lawyers, financial institutions and professionals, and directly with clients
  • Liaising with internal departments, clients, brokers, accountants, and directors
  • Client onboarding, including KYC requirements


In terms of experience, we are ideally looking for:
  • 3 years trust administration experience
  • Experience with CAP and CORIS (and Viewpoint ideally)
  • STEP qualified, or studying towards, ideally.
  • Highly organised
  • Excel in a client-facing capacity
  • Ability to juggle and work to multiple conflicting deadlines
Given the size and quality of the team the MD is confident that the Trust Officer role will be well supported, which means that someone with a bit less experience would work providing they have the right mentality.
