You will manage a team of administrators, works with the Business Unit Directors, local and regional senior management, and other offices to cross-sell and up-sell services to address client needs. You will assist in the delivery of  commercial strategy by instigating and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients and intermediaries.  Other responsibilities include: 
  • Provide relationship management to an assigned portfolio of clients 
  • Act as relationship manager to a large portfolio of global clients, organize regular calls and meetings with client decision makers, measure client satisfaction, explore commercial opportunities and follow-up on client due diligence and accounts receivables matters
  • Ensure efficient handling of corporate transactions , delivering a consistently high level of service individually, through team of assigned administrators and other servicing teams
  • Manage complex and/or high value client opportunities and transactions
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and timely collection of invoicing 

Requirements:    

  • Minimum Bachelors’ degree in Business administration/International Finance with at least 10 years’ experience working in the Financial Services Industry
  • In depth knowledge of existing and upcoming legislations as they relate to the business and its clients
  • Awareness of local and international issues impacting the financial services industry
  • Detailed understanding of corporate governance, relevant local regulations and best practices
  • Detailed knowledge of all forms of corporate structures
  • Prior experience managing a portfolio of clients in a client facing role
  • Track record of successfully developing new business via business development initiatives
  • Previous experience leading and managing a team within the financial services industry whilst providing strategic guidance, training and development, KPI setting and monitoring performance
  • Provide leadership to team and able to demonstrate trust and fairness in all actions by setting the standard and acting as role model for the team
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with Experience with REEFs, CAP, CORIS, ViewPoint, Aderant Expert software an advantage

Salary: US$100K-140K per annum plus benefits.
