The Agency is recruiting for a Vice President (Property and Casualty) who will be responsible for Responsible for the oversight and administration of the Property and Casualty Underwriting Department. 

Responsibilities:      

• Responsible for client relationship management, ensuring high quality service levels by overseeing the operations of the P&C department
• Constantly review performance for portfolio of clients and prepare monthly reports for the management
• Assist with planning and implementing objectives and performance measures, and new product development
• Establish and monitor on-going performance; communicates expectation and results on a regular basis; communicate and interprets change in guidelines, policies, procedures, and other related matters
• Ensure that all client deliverables, queries and issues are met on a timely basis and of a quality standard

Qualifications/Experience: 

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or relevant field
• ACII or CPCU or equivalent would be advantageous
• A minimum of 5 years’ of progressive financial leadership experience
• Knowledge of the Company’s policies and underwriting procedures
• Understanding of reinsurance treaties, coverage, exclusions, and reporting requirements
• Strong leadership skills to establish vision and inspire and motivate team members to achieve extraordinary results
• Proven track record in developing new business and winning clients

Salary: US$170,000 – US$195,000 per annum, plus benefits.
