The Agency is assisting a reputable international law firm in search of a Finance Paralegal to join the firm’s practice in Grand Cayman.

This firm is recognised as a popular provider of offshore legal services to financial services providers across the globe. As the successful Finance Paralegal, you would be working for one of Cayman’s leading offshore law firms, providing expert legal and administrative support to attorneys and clients. You would be relied to as a go-to for document production and legal research, and have long-term opportunities to grow your career at the firm.

You would be working a part of a broad practice, covering all areas of banking & finance, including fund and subscription finance, structured finance, real estate finance and leveraged finance. You would hold a high level of responsibility, regularly interacting with the practice’s clients and providing first-class service.

As the successful candidate, you should have prior Paralegal experience within a finance or transactional practice, a recognised and relevant qualification, and strong communication and organization skills.

The firm could offer a salary between US$100,000–115,000 large annual bonus potential, premium health coverage, hybrid working and other ancillary benefits.
