On behalf of our client, we are recruiting for an Associate Client Director.

Professional Growth: Gain exposure to a wide array of client types, including funds, SPVs, and private wealth vehicles, enhancing your industry expertise.

Leadership Opportunities: Lead and develop a team of key clients and direct reports, contributing to strategic initiatives at both local and group levels.

Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and professional intermediaries, expanding your professional network.

• Manage and represent the Corporate Director across multiple Funds, SPVs, and Private Wealth entities.
• Advocate for regulatory outsourcing and ensure comprehensive oversight and detailed reporting.
• Manage the entire client lifecycle from pitching and closing deals to legal setup and termination.
• Guide and develop a team of key clients and direct reports.
• Foster and maintain strong connections with internal stakeholders and professional intermediaries.
• Detect and execute strategies to improve service delivery and strengthen client relationships.
• Ensure adherence to relevant laws, service standards, and company policies.
• Compile and present monthly reports to leadership and assist in introducing new products and departments.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant filed such as Finance, Law and Business.
• At least 3 years of fiduciary experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Cayman AEOI, Economic Substance, and UBO reporting requirements.
• Proven experience as a personal director on fund or private client structures.
• Membership in relevant Financial Institutes.
• Outstanding client relationship  management and interpersonal skills.
• Significant experience in the offshore finance sector.
• Strong expertise in corporate governance and risk mitigation.

Salary: US$120K – US$145K per annum plus benefits.
