Responsibilities
  • Provide industry insights and technical guidance to shape the company’s strategic vision and growth.
  • Develop and execute operational and tactical plans that support company objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with senior management through detailed reporting and compelling business cases.
  • Discover new product and market opportunities to enhance long-term revenue.
  • Drive business development through collaboration with external partners and offices.
  • Manage and enhance the department’s opportunity pipeline to improve conversion rates.
  • Motivate and guide the management team to deliver outstanding service, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Assess and enhance resources to align with our core values of responsiveness, attention to detail, personalized service, and reliability.
  • Cultivate a supportive environment that promotes professional and personal growth within the department.
  • Implement effective risk management practices to identify, communicate, and mitigate risks while ensuring smooth operations.
Requirements
  • At least 15 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within an offshore jurisdiction.
  • Significant experience collaborating with corporate, partnership, trust, and fund clients.
  • A proven history of achieving success at a strategic level.
  • Ability to foster a productive and positive work environment through effective leadership.
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation abilities.
Salary: US$140K – US$150K per annum.
