The Agency is recruiting for an IT Solutions Manager on behalf of our client.

• Lead project teams to deliver automation, business intelligence, and operational efficiency improvements.
• Shape and drive long-term technology strategies to support business objectives.
• Analyze business needs, Identify opportunities for improvement and establish execution plans.
• Develop systems that convert data into meaningful insights to inform decision-making.
• Ensure solutions meet international security standards and comply with privacy regulations.
• Drive innovation, resolve challenges, and enhance business performance.
• Oversee end-to-end software development processes, including testing strategies and risk management.
• Mentor junior staff, ensuring professional growth and strong team performance.  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or Marketing.
• At least 10 years of experience in a similar senior role, including 5 years leading software development.
• Proven track record of implementing integrated solutions with large-scale business software.
• Expertise in Azure DevOps, SQL, SSRS, Power BI, and Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
• Strong knowledge of data security regulations and technical documentation skills.

Salary: US$125K – US$165K per annum.
