The Agency is assisting a major law firm in Bermuda in search of a 3-5 PQE Associate.

This law firm is one of the world’s largest providers of offshore legal, fiduciary and administration services. It could offer you the opportunity to join its busy and growing Corporate practice group and work on large-scale finance and corporate transactions with some of the world’s largest financial institutions and corporations.
  
This is a broad role, where the successful post-holder will advise on all aspects of a broad range of financing and corporate transactions including fund finance, capital markets, partnerships and general corporate work.
  
What is required for the role?

• 3-5 years PQE working within a corporate or finance practice of a leading law firm.
• You must be admitted to practice law in Bermuda or in an eligible commonwealth jurisdiction, such as England & Wales, Canada Scotland, Australia or New Zealand.
• Strong Academic track record

Salary: US$130,000-US$180,000 per annum, plus benefits.
