The Agency has been instructed by an international law firm to assist with its search of an Associate to join the firm’s highly-ranked Banking & Finance Practice.
  
This offshore law firm has a strong presence in the North American market and works with many of the largest and most exciting financial institutions and funds in the subcontinent.

As the successful Banking & Finance Associate, you would be working on broad range of transactions including fund finance, structured finance, debt capital markets, and general banking.

The law firm is renown in Cayman for providing its lawyers with a quality working environment with use of cutting-edge legal technology, open-door culture, healthy target hours and structured and fair progression paths.
  
Requirements:

• Around 3–5 years’ PQE with banking & finance experience at a reputable onshore or offshore law firm;
• Admitted to practice in the Cayman Islands or an eligible jurisdiction such as England & Wales, Scotland, Australia, New Zealand or Canada;
• A strong academic record;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail;
• Strong work ethic and flexibility.  

Remuneration: US$160,000-US$200,000 per annum generous bonus potential. You would also receive 25 days’ annual leave, premium healthcare coverage and other ancillary benefits.
