The Agency is recruiting for an Architectural Draftsman on behalf of our client. This is a new position at a busy practice with a lot of upcoming projects in 2025.

• Create detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings and models using CAD software based on engineering specifications.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to refine design concepts, resolve technical issues, and produce accurate drafts.  
• Prepare technical drawings for permits, construction, and fabrication, ensuring adherence to building codes and project specifications.
• Revise plans and designs as directed by engineers or project managers, incorporating corrections or client feedback.
• Assist with coordinating project timelines and communicating updates with team members and clients.
• Maintain organized project documentation, including design revisions and specifications for future reference.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit and Sketchup is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, accurate drafts.
• Knowledge of building codes, construction standards, and industry best practices.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines while working with minimal supervision.
• Qualified candidates based on island or those with the ability to work remotely are encouraged to apply.

Salary: US$50,000 – US$70,000 per annum.
