The Agency is recruiting for a Head of Funds on behalf of our client.

Leadership Role: Lead key departments within a globally established firm, supporting sectors like private equity and hedge funds.

Industry Exposure: Contribute to the advancement of tokenized fund services and digital asset management while developing your career in a fast-growing environment.

Strategic Influence: Work directly with senior leadership to shape company strategies, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional client service delivery.

• Provide strategic direction and insights to shape the company operations and long-term goals.
• Consistently drive improvement on deliverables through effective leadership.
• Stay informed on regulatory trends and implement strategies to mitigate external risks.
• Manage department financials, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Communicate effectively with senior management through detailed reporting and compelling business cases.
• Plan and administer change management initiatives while optimizing resources to align with company values.  

• Masters degree in Economics or a related discipline.
• Relevant professional qualification e.g., CPA.
• At least 10 years of experience in fields similar to Private Equity.
• An extensive track record within the funds sector with strong organisational and strategic skills.
• Strong relationship manager and business developer.
