Temporary. Finance Administrator

The Agency is recruiting for a Finance Administrator on behalf of our client. This is a temp to perm opportunity. Immediate start.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily cash flow, ensuring accurate client invoicing and timely processing or payments and receipts.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and assist with invoicing for services rendered.
- Support the finance team with processing vendor invoices and maintaining petty cash records, ensuring monthly reconciliation.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up with clients on outstanding payments.
- Input and deposit cheques or cash, and process payments by credit card.
- Address revenue control and miscellaneous queries efficiently.
- Manage billing tasks, including cancellations and updating client vendor forms.
- Provide coverage for team members and assist with ad-hoc duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Management experience preferred.
- Relevant work experience in billing or similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with 3E, Tymetrix, and Legal Tracker is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with excellent organizational skills.
- Only Caymanian candidates will be considered for this role.
Salary: US$25 – US$30 per hour DOE.
