The Agency is recruiting for an Accountant on behalf of our client.

• Prepare financial statements for corporate entities, trust structures, and underlying companies.
• Draft written resolutions and minutes for approval of financial statements.
• Oversee the formation of corporate entities and handle all associated administration, including resolutions and statutory filings.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FATCA and BO Register.
• Liaise with attorneys and financial service providers to promote the firm. 
• Perform ad hoc projects and tasks when requested.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA.
• At least 4 years of post-qualification experience in a similar field.
• Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
• Highly motivated and comfortable meeting tight deadlines and prioritizing multiple deliverables.

Salary: US$80,000 – US$100,000 per annum.
