The Agency is recruiting for an Insolvency – Senior Associate on behalf of our client.

Exposure to Complex Cases: Work on a diverse portfolio of challenging assignments, including insolvency, liquidation, fraud and compliance investigations.

Learn from Industry Experts: Learn from seasoned professionals with extensive local and international experience, gaining key insights into how they approach various cases.

Develop Strong Client Relationships: Strengthen your ability to liaise with internal and external teams, honing your communication skills while gaining hands-on experience in professional relationship management and development.

• Report directly to case managers.
• Support senior management in investigations and analysis across corporate recovery, liquidation and other engagements.
• Deliver high-quality reports to clients, creditors and relevant legal authorities.
• Prepare liquidation accounts and fee summaries.
• Manage and organize engagement documents, including processing, formatting, and filing.
• Assist in managing voluntary Liquidations, formal insolvency cases, and restructuring.

Requirements:

• Postgraduate degree.
• Professional accounting designation or recognized insolvency qualification.
• At least 3 years’ of relevant accounting experience in a professional services firm.
• Prior experience in regulatory, corporate recovery, or compliance is preferred.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with a proactive approach to business development.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with stakeholders in challenging situations.
