The Agency is recruiting for a Client Services Director on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities:
- Set the strategic direction for the company, managing key client relationships and providing technical and managerial support while ensuring full compliance with KYC procedures.
- Gain deep knowledge of the company’s infrastructure, policies, and regulatory requirements, while identifying marketing opportunities to drive business growth.
- Implement a long-term business plan aligned with the company’s strategy, expanding services and recruiting a skilled team to achieve these goals.
- Prepare quarterly business development plans and reports for the board, collaborating with marketing to enhance materials and represent the firm at industry events.
- Serve as a role model and mentor to the team, fostering and maintaining strong client relationships with intermediaries and suppliers.
- Oversee billing, cash collections, and fee negotiations to consistently meet financial targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or Accounting, or a professional certification such as STEP.
- At least 10 years of experience in offshore fiduciary services, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior managerial role.
- Expertise in risk management, including AML detection, KYC compliance, and due diligence, with a thorough understanding of local and international regulations.
- Proficient in company administration and fiduciary services, with experience in managing financial assets and addressing tax-related matters.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in drafting and reviewing financial reports.
- Exceptional organisational, time management, and client relationship-building abilities.
- Skilled in MS Office; experience with Viewpoint is advantageous.
- Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Bermuda.
