I’m working with a top offshore firm who are looking to hire a Senior Associate (4PQE ) with broad banking and finance experience to join their growing London team. This is a great move for an ambitious finance lawyer who wants more manageable hours without compromising their career, or an existing offshore lawyer looking to return to the UK.
  
This role specifically offers a lot of opportunity to undertake business development and help build out the practice, and in turn progress rapidly within the firm.
  
The work will be Jersey-focused banking and finance matters, with a focus on the financing of real estate and private equity holding structures established in Jersey, as well as general banking and finance matters. Clients included major financial institutions, global banks technology companies, and investment funds. The finance team is dynamic, intellectual and has fantastic industry knowledge.
