The Agency is recruiting for a Credit Controller on behalf of our client.

International Exposure: Manage accounts receivable and billing processes within a global financial services organisation, working on a multitude of cases.

Diverse Responsibilities: Take ownership of key financial operations, including reconciliation and reporting, ensuring accurate filings and clear, consistent records.

Professional Growth: Collaborate with experienced professionals, gaining insights into corporate structures and compliance matters while continuously developing your skills to advance in your career.

• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Manage daily financial transactions, including classifying and recording accounts receivable data.
• Coordinate with the Finance team on billing and WIP in accordance with company policies.
• Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits promptly, reconciling any payment anomalies.
• Generate financial statements and reports on status and reconciliation progress.

Requirements:

• Associate degree in Accounting or a related field.
• At least 5 years professional experience, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Solid understanding of corporate structures, processes, and AML/ Compliance regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and specialised software like CORIS.
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.

Salary: US$75,000 per annum.
