The Agency is recruiting for an Insolvency and Restructuring Director on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities 

• Oversee multiple sensitive restructuring cases, ensuring effective delegation and efficient case progression.
• Manage client relationships, resolving issues promptly and escalating matters when necessary.
• Leverage offshore industry network connections to generate new business opportunities, both regionally and internationally.
• Mentor and lead a team of restructuring specialists, implementing training initiatives and ensuring ongoing compliance while advancing case progress.
• Act as a key figurehead for the team, ensuring clear communication across both domestic and global offices.
• Report to Company Directors on the firm’s performance, development, and progress.  

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, along with a professional qualification such as CPA.
• At least 8 years of experience in a similar insolvency role.
• Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to effectively handle a diverse clientele.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Skilled in working under pressure in fast-paced environments, with the ability to set clear goals and deliverables for the company. 

Salary: US$170,000 – US$230,000 per annum DOE.
