The Agency is recruiting for a Lead Construction Project Manager on behalf of our client.

Collaboration with Key Stakeholders: Partner with various external bodies, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and project goals.

Responsibilities 

• Facilitate meetings with third parties and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration while liaising with regulatory bodies as required.
• Strategize and define the business plan, ensuring outsourced teams are thoroughly vetted and equipped to deliver results.
• Lead procurement efforts, negotiate with vendors, and manage contracts and client relationships.
• Oversee accurate, timely payments to vendors, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to financial processes.
• Monitor construction progress, ensuring projects are completed on time and within deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Project Management or a related discipline.
• A professional qualification such as PMP, accredited by a recognized body.
• At least 15 years of industry experience, preferably in the public sector, including areas such as construction and sustainability.
• A minimum of 10 years in a supervisory role. 
• Strong understanding of guidelines related to safety management and public procurement.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, particularly in contract management, report writing, and presenting business cases.
