The Agency is recruiting for a Senior Marketing Executive on behalf of our client.

Engaging Role: Drive the implementation of marketing strategies and brand activations, working closely with internal teams and external partners to boost business growth.

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
• Collaborate with other business functions and colleagues to ensure seamless execution.
• Drive targeted marketing efforts by creating and executing plans and brand activations tailored to specific audiences.
• Manage budgets and resources to support business priorities.
• Work closely with the Creative Services team to produce and deliver content for clients.
• Ensure marketing campaigns are integrated into future business development plans.

Requirements:

• Professional qualification in Marketing or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and handle disruptions as they arise.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team, with strong delegation skills when necessary.
• This position is open to Caymanians or PR holders only.

Salary: US$95,000 – US$110,000 per annum.
