The Agency is recruiting for an In-House Architect on behalf of our client. 

• Oversee the full lifecycle of a range of commercial developments ensuring all buildings align with the organisations’ high standards.
• Develop design concepts and all related documentation, collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with the project requirements.
• Visit project sites and coordinate with third parties to monitor progress and address development updates.
• Review all project documentation, resolve design issues promptly, and submit planning applications before work commences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline, with professional accreditation from a recognized body such as RIBA.
• Minimum of 5 years professional experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in architectural software, including AutoCAD.
• In-depth knowledge of building regulations and construction standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently and efficiently.

Salary: US$120,000 per annum.
