The Agency is recruiting for an Enterprise Account Manager on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities 

• Set revenue targets and consistently strive to exceed them when promoting and selling products.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and build strong relationships to support long-term retention.
• Develop strategic plans that set clear targets and enhance customer satisfaction, and present these to relevant teams as needed.
• Advocate for and implement new tools and technologies to enhance service delivery, while staying informed of key industry developments.
• Promptly address client inquiries and resolve any issues as they arise.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field; additional relevant qualifications would be an advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and budget analysis.
• Knowledge of telecommunications functions and IT industry operations, including mobile service solutions and CRM systems.
• Strong customer-focused approach, with the ability to build rapport and deliver confident presentations.
