The Agency is assisting an international law firm in search of an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join the firm’s practice in Grand Cayman.
   
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior-level Paralegal to join a global law firm with a large presence in the American, Asian and European markets.
  
As the successful candidate, you would be working on all aspects of corporate work, including M&A, ECM, restructuring, debt financing, governance and regulation. You would also be regularly involved in project-work to support the firm’s growth.
   
Candidates must have prior Cayman law experience within a transactional practice, able to work with minimal supervision, strong academics and a recognised paralegal qualification.
   
The firm could offer a salary above the current market rates, discretionary bonus, pension, and premium health coverage.
