The Agency is recruiting for an Investment Operations Manager on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities 

• Oversee all operational tasks within the department, ensuring timely completion and delegating responsibilities as appropriate.
• Develop a strong technical understanding of key processes to effectively support training efforts and address inquiries, while aligning tasks with overall business objectives.
• Ensure strict adherence to compliance standards and uphold integrity across all internal policies and procedures.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the escalation and resolution of trade and settlement-related issues.

Requirements

• A degree in Finance or a related discipline, with a professional qualification such as CPA considered an asset.
• Professional certification, such as the Canadian Securities Course (CSC).
• Minimum of 5 years experience performing administrative duties in an investment firm, with strong knowledge of operational workflows.
• In-depth understanding of investment terminology and various financial instruments.
• Proficiency in Bloomberg or Murex is advantageous.

Salary: CI$80,000 – CI$100,000 per annum.
