The Agency Legal Talent is assisting one of the Cayman Islands’ largest law firms to hire an Investment Funds Associate.

This is a global offshore law firm that works with many of the world’s leading financial institutions. The role would suit a 3-7 PQE funds or corporate lawyer who is looking to for a role that enables a high level of responsibility, international deals, excellent client exposure, and a culture of continuous learning and development.

The role would involve private equity and hedge fund structuring, ongoing regulatory matters throughout fund lifecycle, and corporate transactions.

Candidates should be between 3-7 PQE, have a strong academic record, and experience with international deal flows. Candidates should also be admitted in the Cayman Islands or eligible for admission in Cayman.

The law firm could offer one of the top remuneration packages on island, as well as premium health coverage, 25 days’ annual leave, and relocation assistance (if necessary).
