The Agency is recruiting for a Director of Insurance on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities 

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations within the organization.
• Prepare timely reports for auditors, inspections, and other financial statements.
• Communicate and coordinate with department heads and other business functions.
• Review account reconciliations and authorize all payments.
• Conduct financial analysis, including budgeting and forecasting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA).
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in forecasting and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of the global reinsurance industry and an in-depth understanding of insurance services and IFRS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary: CI$124,100 – CI$186,200 per annum.
