The Agency is recruiting for a Treasury Manager on behalf of our client.

Leadership Opportunity: Drive regulatory compliance by mentoring team members, providing guidance, and addressing compliance-related queries across departments.

• Oversee the full spectrum of Bank Account Management (BAM) procedures to ensure high levels of security and compliance with all regulatory and industry standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for addressing technical inquiries from internal teams and external partners.
• Manage the timely submission of KYC documentation, distribution of BAM reports, and approval of international payments.
• Advocate for the implementation of new technologies and process improvements to enhance internal workflows and overall efficiency.  

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international organisation.
• Proven experience managing multiple account portfolios with a strong focus on effective control mechanisms.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate governance, including KYC processes and compliance regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and treasury management systems, particularly Kyriba.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
