The Agency is recruiting for a Financial Accountant on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities: 

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including journal entries, general ledger, trial balance, and payroll.
• Oversee the full US GAAP to IFRS conversion process, including financial restatements and the preparation of compliance documentation.
• Coordinate and prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, highlighting and reporting any variances.
• Assist with consolidating financials for multiple entities, including developing relationships with operational staff.
• Investigate process improvements and streamline systems, adding value across the whole organisation.   

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• A professional qualification such as CPA or ACCA is essential.
• 5 years of professional experience, including experience within a Big 4 audit firm.
• A strong understanding of financial accounting standards, including IFRS, local regulatory requirements, and transfer pricing, particularly within offshore industries, is highly advantageous.
• Experience in financial data validation and international financial operations is beneficial.
• Proficient in MS Excel; QuickBooks and Power BI is highly preferred.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently, with the ability to take initiative and manage tasks effectively from the outset.

Salary: US$85,000 – US$95,000 per annum.
