The Agency is recruiting for an AML Manager on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections and compliance reviews across designated businesses to assess adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Collect, analyse, and interpret large volumes of data to identify potential compliance risks and trends.
- Escalate significant or complex compliance issues promptly, ensuring timely investigation and appropriate senior-level awareness.
- Organise and coordinate public-facing events to promote awareness of the organisation’s work and regulatory objectives.
- Lead and support a junior team, providing guidance and responding to queries to foster a high-performing and knowledgeable unit.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field, along with a recognised professional compliance certification (e.g., ACAMS).
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of the local compliance framework and industry standards.
- Proven experience managing multiple compliance cases, ideally within a regulatory environment.
- Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Salary: CI$90,000 – CI$110,000 per annum.
