The Agency is recruiting for a Lending Manager on behalf of our client.

• Oversee the full range of departmental services, from personnel supervision to technical aspects of loan origination.
• Regularly review and update departmental policies and objectives to ensure alignment with current regulations and management directives.
• Conduct in-depth analyses and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Ensure secure and organised documentation practices, enabling efficient access and reliable performance tracking.
• Support senior management by preparing regular data-driven reports and forecasts to inform strategic decision-making.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• In-depth knowledge of lending standards, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulatory frameworks.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite, particularly in Excel. 
• Proven ability to manage tasks with discretion and confidentiality.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to perform under pressure in a highly organized and detail-oriented manner.
