The Agency is recruiting for an Audit Partner on behalf of our client.

• Lead audits for all Cayman-based investment funds, including hedge funds, private equity, and other alternative investment vehicles.
• Ensure strict compliance with ISA and IFRS standards, maintaining the highest level of regulatory adherence.
• Leverage in-depth knowledge of ISQM 1 to enhance internal processes and strengthen the firm’s overall risk management framework.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for technical and regulatory matters.
• Mentor junior team members, actively fostering a supportive and growth-oriented work environment.

• Professional accounting qualification such as CPA or an equivalent designation.
• Minimum of 7 years of audit experience, including at least 3 years focused on Cayman Islands investment funds.
• In-depth knowledge of ISA and IFRS standards, with a solid understanding of ISQM 1 and its practical application.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to engage effectively with clients. 

Salary: US$185,000 – US$200,000 per annum.
