The Agency is recruiting for a Regulatory Manager on behalf of our client.

Regulatory Leadership: Take on a key leadership role as MLRO, directly shaping and guiding clients’ compliance strategies.

Client Impact: Provide hands-on regulatory support to a diverse portfolio of client entities, influencing real-world compliance outcomes.

Professional Growth: Expand technical compliance expertise through direct advisory, reporting, and training responsibilities.

• Act as the MRLO for a designated client portfolio, addressing all regulatory queries and ensuring ongoing compliance.
• Uphold the highest standards of regulatory practice, resolving challenges promptly and effectively.
• Prepare risk assessments and perform KYC procedures during client onboarding.
• Lead training initiatives to enhance team capabilities and ensure alignment with evolving regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and update internal policies to ensure continued compliance with all applicable local regulations.  

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a professional services firm.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Cayman AML/KYC regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong team player with the ability to manage workloads independently and maintain high attention to detail.

Salary: US$160,000 per annum.
