The Agency is assisting a well-regarded international law firm in search of an Associate to join the firm’s growing Corporate practice in the Cayman Islands.

This is a role that offers exciting career prospects, working flexibility, and high levels of drafting and advisory responsibility on a broad range of transactional matters, as well as regular involvement in business development initiatives.

The role would involve working on all aspects of fund lifecycles (including governance and regulation), as well as corporate and and occasional financing transactions. The successful candidate would work closely and be mentored directly by a reputable Corporate/Funds Partner.

Candidates should be between 2-4 PQE, have good academics and ideally Cayman Islands law experience.
