The Agency is recruiting for a Vice President on behalf of our client.

• Lead departmental improvement and success by conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, and implementing changes where necessary.
• Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of growth and continuous improvement.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction across all areas of the business by establishing and tracking KPIs and team goals.
• Oversee compliance with all regulatory requirements across internal departments, ensuring timely integration of updates into workflows.
• Manage the Underwriting department, ensuring consistent risk assessment across the customer portfolio.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field, along with a professional designation in health insurance (e.g., HIA).
• Minimum of 10 years managerial experience in the health insurance industry, including at least 2 years in underwriting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Outstanding customer service abilities, with proven leadership and strong collaboration skills.

Salary: Up to US$190,000 per annum.
