The Agency is recruiting for an HR Manager on behalf of our client. This is initially a 6-month contract with perm potential. Immediate start.

Responsibilities: 

• Provide administrative support and supervise the team, reporting regularly to senior management.
• Maintain up-to-date health and safety management systems, promoting effective monitoring practices.
• Support recruitment efforts by preparing job descriptions, posting vacancies, and managing the hiring process.
• Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding plans to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
• Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee recognition programs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Professional certification in HR management (e.g., CISHRP) is an asset.
• Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience, with at least 3 additional years in a supervisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of the Labour Act and relevant local employment regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with HRMS software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership abilities, with proven experience managing teams and performing under pressure.

Salary: US$35 – US$40 per hour.
