The Agency is recruiting for an Investment Services Manager on behalf of our client.

Leadership Opportunity: Build and lead a high-performing team across local and offshore operations.

Client Impact: Play a central role in managing key client relationships and delivering AML/KYC expertise to prominent alternative asset managers.

Regulatory Influence: Act as AML Officer and contribute directly to fund governance, audits, and compliance with global standards.

• Manage a portfolio of clients throughout the full onboarding and compliance lifecycle.
• Lead outreach initiatives and promotional events to attract and engage new clients.
• Maintain and execute due diligence procedures, including FATCA and CRS compliance.
• Act as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for all compliance-related inquiries.
• Provide regular updates and presentations to senior management and external stakeholders on compliance developments and progress.
• Conduct routine fund audits and collaborate with external regulatory bodies to deliver required documentation and support.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, with a recognised compliance certification such as ACAMS.
• At least 5 years of professional compliance experience, preferably within the Private Equity sector.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with accounting software such as Paxus is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of local regulatory frameworks, compliance requirements, and corporate governance standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong team-building capabilities, with the ability to work independently and perform effectively under tight deadlines.  

Salary: US$140,000 per annum.
