The Agency is recruiting for a Senior Associate – Risk and Compliance on behalf of our client.

• Obtain and analyse relevant data in compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
• Support decision-making within business functions by using data responsibly and ethically.
• Adhere to internal policies and established risk management procedures.
• Utilise multiple data sources and research methods to identify, analyse, and interpret patterns effectively.
• Mentor and guide junior members of the team, serving as a technical point of contact for any issues and queries. 

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in risk management or compliance, ideally supported by a professional designation from an accredited body.
• Previous experience in a regulatory compliance role is an asset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple tight deadlines, and collaborate in a team environment.

Salary: CI$60,700 – CI$65,600 per annum with a bonus opportunity of up to 25%.
