The Agency is recruiting for a Construction Project Manager on behalf of our client.

End-to-End Project Ownership: Lead every stage of the construction lifecycle, from budgeting and scheduling to procurement and quality control, ensuring full project oversight.

Strategic Leadership Role: Shape project direction by setting objectives, negotiating contracts, and driving performance standards in alignment with corporate goals.

High-Level Collaboration: Work directly with developers and key stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently while maintaining strong professional relationships.

• Oversee the full project lifecycle, including scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Manage permit submissions, warranties, and all project documentation, ensuring secure storage and easy retrieval.
• Negotiate and coordinate with subcontractors and third parties, handling contractual and financial matters.
• Review project plans to identify cost-saving opportunities and proactively address potential challenges with mitigation strategies.
• Represent the company in project meetings, setting clear objectives and performance standards at project inception.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or a related discipline.
• A professional qualification, such as PMP, accredited by a recognised body.
• At least 10 years of industry experience.
• Strong understanding of guidelines related to safety management and procurement.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, particularly in contract management, report writing, and presenting business cases.  

Salary: US$199,000 – US$239,000 per annum.
