Temporary. HR / Office Administrator

The Agency is recruiting for an HR / Office Administrator on behalf of our client. This is a 3-6 month contract. Immediate start. This job is based in Newlands.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Manage front office supplies, including ordering and maintaining an accurate inventory.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of office expenses and costs.
  • Perform various clerical and administrative tasks, such as filing and photocopying.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit contracts; accurately record and prepare meeting minutes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; hands-on experience with BambooHR is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational, multitasking, and time management abilities, with a proven ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Salary: US$22 – US$24 per hour.
