The Agency is recruiting for a Head of Business Development on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities:
- Shape and deliver regional growth strategies in line with firm-wide objectives.
- Build and strengthen client relationships while creating opportunities across practices.
- Lead and support key business development initiatives, pitches, and strategic projects.
- Guide and develop a small team, while providing market insights to inform leadership decisions.
Requirements:
- Solid track record in driving business growth and revenue within professional services.
- Deep market knowledge across multiple key regions, with proven ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
- Experienced leader, adept at managing teams and initiatives across different locations.
- Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a strategic yet hands-on approach.
Salary: US$140,000 – US$165,000 per annum.
