The Agency is recruiting for a Senior Business Development Executive on behalf of our client.

Professional Growth: Work on high-impact business development initiatives across multiple service lines and international markets.

Global Exposure: Collaborate with colleagues and clients across jurisdictions, gaining insight into diverse industries and cultures.

Strategic Involvement: Play a key role in shaping client relationships, market positioning, and profile-raising activities for a leading international firm.

• Drive and support business development planning and execution for key practice areas in Cayman and BVI, including budgeting, market analysis, and opportunity tracking.
• Enhance visibility of the teams and firm through targeted profile-raising initiatives such as thought leadership, events, awards, and directory submissions.
• Partner with fee-earners and colleagues across jurisdictions to deliver client pitches, proposals, and relationship management initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and effective follow-up.
• Oversee coordination of marketing and BD activities – from events and sponsorships to digital presence and collateral – while monitoring spend against budgets and ensuring activity delivers measurable impact.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in business development.
• Degree in related discipline.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and deliver high-quality outputs.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across cultures, levels, and personalities while being a collaborative team player.
• Tech-savvy with solid Microsoft Office skills; prior experience with CRM and marketing tools is an advantage.

Salary: US$90,000 – US$115,000 per annum.
