The Agency is recruiting for a Senior Accountant on behalf of our client.

Leadership Impact: Manage responsibilities that combine technical accounting expertise with people and process oversight.

• Lead the preparation, analysis, and reporting of financial results, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Manage core accounting functions, including reconciliations, journal entries, and year-end close activities, while resolving discrepancies.
• Support strategic initiatives such as budgeting, forecasting, and system transformation projects within the retail division.
• Oversee select operational and supervisory responsibilities, including team management, stakeholder liaison, and process improvements.

• Professional accounting qualification with a minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience in financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems, ideally with exposure to system change initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver under tight deadlines, and maintain high standards of accuracy.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.

Salary: US$97,561 – US$115,854 per annum.
