The Agency is recruiting for a Vice President on behalf of our client.

Leadership Impact: Lead and inspire a high-performing team while shaping strategic client portfolios.

Global Exposure: Engage with international clients and leverage one of the largest captive and reinsurance networks worldwide.

Professional Growth: Develop expertise in complex financial and regulatory matters while mentoring and coaching team members.

• Lead and guide a team managing a portfolio of insurance/reinsurance entities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Drive strategic client engagement, relationship management, and business growth initiatives.
• Oversee operational efficiency, workflow coordination, and adherence to compliance/regulatory standards.
• Mentor, develop, and support team members while maintaining high standards of client service and performance.

Requirements:

• Professional qualification in a relevant field.
• At least 10 years of extensive leadership experience in insurance/reinsurance management.
• Proven track record in supervising teams and driving business performance.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and financial acumen, with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communicator with ability to influence, present, and collaborate across teams; flexibility for international travel.

Salary: US$120,000 – US$150,000 per annum.
