The Agency is recruiting for an Assistant Vice President on behalf of our client.

• Lead a captive management team with responsibility for the day-to-day oversight of a portfolio of captive insurance/reinsurance companies.
• Act as a relationship manager and liaison between client and captive service team.
• Attend industry conferences and present at conferences if/when requested .
• Manage & build relationships with regulatory agencies and clients.

Requirements:

• Professionally qualified accountant with relevant international certification.
• At least 5 years post-qualification experience.
• Proven background in financial management or audit, preferably within specialised or regulated sectors.
• Strong technical and analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in core business software tools.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator, demonstrating professionalism, precision, and a client-focused mindset.

Salary: US$105,000 – US$120,000 per annum.
