The Agency is recruiting for a Corporate Controller – Financial Reporting on behalf of our client.

Strategic Leadership: Drive the firm’s financial reporting, systems, and controls, influencing decision-making at a global level.

Professional Growth: Lead and develop high-performing finance teams while contributing to continuous innovation and operational excellence.

• Lead the end-to-end financial reporting and control framework, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of all outputs.
• Oversee core accounting operations, including financial systems, reconciliations, and cash flow management, while driving process efficiency and automation.
• Manage and develop both in-house and outsourced finance teams to ensure high performance and service quality.
• Provide strategic financial insights, risk management guidance, and continuous improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Relevant professional qualification.
• At least 5-10 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven leadership in managing finance teams and outsourced functions across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong background in audit, technical accounting, and financial statement preparation under international standards.
• Demonstrated success in systems implementation, process improvement, and delivering high-quality reporting within tight deadlines.

Salary: US$150,000 per annum.
