The Agency is recruiting for an ICT Technician on behalf of our client.

• Support escalated technical issues and guide junior support staff.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and core systems.
• Document client environments and coordinate with external technology vendors.
• Implement updates, security measures, and preventative maintenance across networks.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users while following internal procedures.

• At least 5 years of hands-on ICT experience in a managed services or similar technical environment.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of key infrastructure tools (e.g., backup, cloud services, security, networking).
• Relevant IT certifications and formal education in an IT-related field.
