The Agency is recruiting for a Help Desk Technician on behalf of our client.

Client Interaction: Build strong client-facing skills through daily problem-solving and communication.

• Act as the initial contact for client technical inquiries and guide users through issue resolution.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system, hardware, software, and network-related problems, escalating when needed.
• Log incidents, follow up on open cases, and ensure solutions are implemented effectively.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and related IT systems while identifying opportunities to refine procedures.

• Prior experience in technical support with strong troubleshooting capability across common IT systems and devices.
• Solid understanding of diagnostic tools, remote support methods, and basic networking concepts.
• Strong communication skills with a client-focused mindset and the ability to stay composed under pressure.
• Relevant IT certifications (A , Server , Network ) and tertiary education in an IT-related field.
